And here we are, 10 years later. I live in San Francisco, and Napa is just one of those places that I keep on my rotation for weekend trips. I’ve stayed in a few properties in Napa Valley, such as the Alila Napa Valley, R INN Napa, The Meritage, and Roman Spa Hot Springs Resort to name a few. So imagine my excitement when the Casa Mani Resort reached out to me for a staycation in October. I was thrilled! While this was a hosted stay, I do want to mention that all opinions are my own. Now let’s get started with my Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley review, shall we? We’re going to take a deep dive at the room I stayed in, dining, amenities, and more!

A Downtown Napa Getaway at Casa Mani Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
I must preface this by mentioning that I did visit the property briefly over the summer to dine at BOA Steakhouse. A fucking ten out of ten if you’re asking me. When we first drove in for dinner that evening, I remember just how beautiful the driveway was, how gorgeous the lobby was, and how attentive the valet and the servers were. That was my first impression of the property.
Coming back as a guest, I had high expectations after such a great first impression.
And they did exceed my expectations.
Its proximity to Downtown Napa was everything
Located on 1075 California Boulevard, you were less than a mile from downtown Napa. If you decide to venture out to explore, dine, and shop in downtown, you can get there in less than ten minutes.
You can also use their house car, a Tesla, to get to wherever it is you want to go. Just make sure you time everything well as you’ll have to return the car within two hours, and to reserve your spot!

It feels like an oasis
Once you check in and get to your hotel room, you’re in your own little world. It is a resort so they have all the amenities to keep you entertained and happy for the duration of your stay there. Honestly this is perfect for anyone who goes to Napa often and just wants to stay at a resort without needing to leave. This is also perfect for couples looking for a relaxing stay and even a girl’s trip. I wouldn’t recommend staying here alone, as a solo traveler myself, because this is too good of a property to keep all to yourself.
In the heart of the property there’s a lawn (perfect for sunbathing!), multiple fire-pits and seating areas, a pool, and a ping-pong table. It’s very romantic and quiet. Again – you feel like you’re in your own little bubble!

My Room: The Redwood Lawn Deluxe Suite
When deciding on a room, I recommend booking the Redwood Lawn Deluxe Suite. This 660-square-foot-room came with a patio, a fire pit, and a spacious bathtub. It’s perfect because you can just walk out and head to the gym, the spa, the pool, or Creekside Terrace quickly. Personally when it comes to staying at resorts, I like there to be less friction. If I can be right in the heart of the resort, I’m happy.
The bedroom was nice and large, with a comfortable bed, and the living area comes with a desk, a flat screen, and a wet bar. I did wish that the living room was bigger than the bedroom, but that’s just my preference. I tend to spend more time in the living area of a hotel room than the bedroom. But you do have the option of expanding the space by fully opening the glass door that leads to your patio. Which speaking of..
I do want to mention that the patio isn’t entirely private. There isn’t a private entrance (such as a gate or a barrier) to your patio, which I must disclose because I didn’t feel like it was entirely private. Anyone could walk across the lawn and see you rotting on your phone while sitting next to the fire, and they can look into your room if you don’t shut your curtains. It isn’t a make or break thing for me, however I just wanted to point that out.
All in all, the room was wonderful. I loved that we had our cat, Chandler Bing, with us as well. We were able to snuggle him all night at the hotel!

Dining Options at the Casa Mani Resort in Napa
The property comes with two onsite restaurants: BOA Steakhouse and Creekside Terrace.
BOA Steakhouse Napa Valley
BOA Steakhouse is an amazing restaurant and I highly recommend having dinner here at least once during your stay. It is a splurge, so keep that in mind, but it’s worth every dollar. Their menu features 6666 Ranch Steak, exceptional cocktails, and fresh seafood.
You can read the full review on BOA Steakhouse here.

Creekside Terrace
Creekside Terrace is a great spot for breakfast and lunch, and yes I did indulge in a yummy breakfast and lunch there during my stay. They make a lovely flat white, their shakshuka is to die for, and their steak tacos were phenomenal. Everything, from the service to the actual meals and drinks, were a 10/10. You can also choose to have your meals delivered to you poolside, which is what we did for our second day there.
Which leads me to…

Amenities at the Casa Mani Resort
Like I said earlier, when you stay here, you’re not going to want to leave. I mean why would you, when you have BOA Steakhouse, Creekside Terrace, a pool (with a hot tub!), a spacious gym, a spa, and a ping pong table!? They also host movie nights on the lawn as well! The property truly checks all of the boxes, and more.

The Pool
The pool was my favorite part. I was able to soak up the last bits of summer sun, with fries on the side.

The Spa
Phenomenal. The spa comes with a sauna, steam room, and a cold room, perfect for a nice self care afternoon. You can book a massage or a facial; I had a massage and it was so needed. The spa also comes with a boutique, for all of your shopping needs. Need some skincare, a candle, or new clothes? They’ve got you covered.

The Gym
The gym was incredibly spacious. I honestly found it a very impressive gym. It comes with floor to ceiling glass windows that open up to the ping-pong table and gives you a view of the pool. The gym was well equipped with all the things you need for a very satisfying workout. No one likes a dull gym, and fortunately you won’t find that at the Casa Mani Resort.
That Concludes My Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley Review
This property was exceptional, and hit all of the boxes for me. Obviously I was very happy to bring my cat along with me. I enjoyed walking around with him (whether it was on the stroller or walking him with a harness), having a picnic on the lawn with a charcuterie board, and drinking a glass of wine next to our firepit. I would like to stay again, and this time just a little bit longer. I don’t think three days was enough time at all!
Ten years ago, Napa gave me a little glimpse of what life in Northern California could look like. Now, I get to come here for weekends like this, and that still makes me so happy. Casa Mani gave me another sweet memory to add to the list, and I already know I’ll be back. Hopefully with an extra night or two, and Chandler Bing in my arms, of course!
