When it comes to facial procedures, I’ve always placed my trust into the hands of Dr. Rahi. For the last three years, I have visited her for multiple services such as fillers and facials. When I moved to the Bay Area though, going to see Dr. Rahi was no longer a 30 minute drive for me, it was now a 7 hour excursion down the 101 or a quick flight down. In my pursuit of continuing to see her for her services, I was struck by inconvenience, as my trips to LA are always jam packed and too quick for me to have a moment to breathe. Simply adding in a botox/injections appointment in an LA trip added more stress than excitement.

Because beauty procedures weren’t exactly a necessity for me, I didn’t stress out over this and knew I would find a medspa in the Bay Area that would exceed my expectations.

It was truly stunning at every corner of the space.

The Star of the Show: Masseter Botox

After a detailed and insightful consultation, it was the Masseter Botox that captivated my curiosity. Not just for the chiseled jawline effect, but for the functional benefits that stretched beyond aesthetic appeal. As someone who really suffers from TMJ and goes through the night clenching her jaw, this service was 100% needed.

It was very quick, painless, and there’s no downtime at all. I went out for lunch right afterwards.

In the next few weeks, the Botox will kick in and my jawline will take on a more refined contour. I won’t have the persistent ache from clenched jaws, and I know that even on my most stressful days, TMJ won’t cause me any pain!
