Naturium’s Phyto-Glow Lip Balm: Is It Worth All the Hype?

naturium phyto-gloss lip balm
Naturium has been the ‘it girl’ in the skincare world and it’s no surprise why. All I see on TikTok is everyone talking about it, sharing their love for it, and telling everyone to get their hands on any Naturium product immediately. I’m honestly on that same boat too. And with the Phyto-Glow Lip Balm taking over our feed, it seems we can’t resist the hype as well!

Naturium is best known for their thoughtfully curated skincare, formulated with natural botanicals, active ingredients, biocompatible and clinically effective agents.

From Niacinamide Cleansing Gel, Retinol Complex Serum, Dew-Glow Moisturizer with SPF 50, to Salicylic Acid Body Wash, and Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream, every Naturium product is designed to target specific skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone, and skin textures. I bring my Naturium products everywhere I go, because it makes my skin look SO good and supple and plump!

Now a new Naturium product is coming with me, but this time in my purse!

An Honest Review on Naturium’s Phyto-Glow Lip Balm

We’ve been experiencing a wave in the world of lip balms. From Summer Fridays’ Lip Butter Balm to Rhode’s Peptide Lip Tints to Laneige’s Lip Glowy Balm, it seems we’ve collectively decided to graduate from Aquaphor and Vaseline. While still committing to having smooth, glossy, and hydrated lips, we’ve welcomed a new factor: colors.

I think part of the reason why we’re deep in this lip balm craze is because these lip balms not only offer hydration and moisture, but they give our lips color, come in cute packaging, and doesn’t have that stickiness that a regular gloss does. It seems there’s no turning back now to our old pals that kept us hydrated all these years. (Sorry, Vaseline!)

Let’s talk about Naturium’s Phyto-Glow Lip Balm and discover why it’s 100% worth the hype.

Why is the Phyto-Glow Lip Balm worth the hype?

Since Naturium unraveled their newest lip product to the world, the Phyto-Glow Lip Balm garnered millions of new and obsessed customers and for good reason. Naturium properly married the benefits of a lip treatment with the shiny, glossy factor of lip glosses. The added bonus? Non-stickiness.

The Phyto-Glow Lip Balm comes in multiple shades, and they just came out with their Café Collection (which is P E R F E C T for fall) this season. The collection comes with neutral and versatile colors Mocha (dark, warm chocolate), Latte (lighter, pinkier nude), Spice (the perfect nude with a touch of dark pink), and Chai (my personal favorite).

Easy and Delightful Application

When you squeeze the lip balm, prepared for a silky, non-sticky, delightful finish to your lips. You can apply them many times throughout the day. I find that the balms last 2-4 hours (as long as you’re not eating/drinking) and leaves behind a subtle tint from the coloring as it fades.

The Go-To Lip Balm For All Seasons

From bright pinks to neutrals to a clear gloss, you can’t go wrong with any balm for any season. I’m going to be rocking the Café Collection all year round, especially this fall and winter season.

Where to Buy Naturium’s Best Selling Phyto-Glow Lip Balm

The Phyto-Glow Lip Balm retails for $10, making it very affordable in comparison to its competitors, however if you want to buy a collection of them, you can grab 4 of them for $34. You can purchase it at Target, Amazon, or directly from Naturium’s website!

Phyto-Glow Lip Balm Ingredients

What I love about Naturium is that they are very transparent with the ingredients they use throughout all their products. First of all, “Phyto” in Phyto-Glow refers to plants, so you can expect to see botanicals and plant derived ingredients in the list.

With the intention of rejuvenating and enhancing your lips naturally and gently, Naturium added shea butter, cupacao butter, and plant squalane. They also added a subtle vanilla scent as well!

How to Wear the Phyto-Glow Lip Balm

You can wear it by itself, on top of a lipstick, or (my personal favorite way to wear it is) with lip liner!
